6. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to production volume, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Ebi Bellas shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fashion and custom garment production:

• Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable

• Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects

• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear evidence

8. Fashion Training & Academy Services (If Applicable)

• Enrollment fees for training programs are non-refundable once classes commence

• Course materials remain the intellectual property of Ebi Bellas

• Certificates may be withheld in cases of outstanding fees or misconduct
